Services
I provide individual counseling to people over 18 years old in Washington and Texas.
Sessions are $170 (USD) self-pay for a 50-minute appointment.
All sliding scale and reduced fee slots are currently filled. I am currently only accepting full fee clients.
All services are telehealth with sessions by phone or video call.
Free Intake Session
One of the clearest indications of whether or not counseling is going to be successful is whether you and your counselor have a strong connection. I believe it is important to find that strong connection before settling into a counseling relationship. To help with this, I offer a free first appointment to see if we are going to have that click. I want you to walk away from the first session able to determine if I am the counselor for you without feeling that money impacts your choice.
Individual Counseling
Counseling is a powerful way to make positive change in your life. It can serve as a means of sorting out what is crowded in your head to make better sense of things. I would be glad to help you come to new understandings of what is happening in your life and to collaborate with you on achieving your goals to overcome a specific challenge or to find general growth and insight.
Community Ally
I am sex positive, body neutral, and kink friendly. I have provided responsive and supportive services to folx who are queer, trans and gender non-conforming, polyamorous and consensually non-monogamous, neurodivergent, atheist, witch, pagan, spiritually non-religious, and vegan.
Gender Confirmation Services
There are many hurdles for people who are trans and are seeking gender-affirming medical care and legal intervention. Beyond providing a safe space for trans folks, I am ready to write documentation after a single session to be used with other medical professionals and in legal settings as needed. This appointment is pay-what-you-can with a suggested $100 fee and I continue to offer these services even when not taking new clients.
